Eligibility - Effects of Part-Time and Interrupted Service. For an employee who has worked on a part-time or intermittent basis or has been on leave of absence without pay for a total of six (6) months or more or who has been terminated and subsequently reemployed, the actual years of service with the City shall be used for the purpose of computing length of service in determining eligibility for vacation at the two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6) weeks' rate.
