Orientation Meetings. A representative of the Union will be given sixty (60) minutes of Union release time per quarter per calendar year to provide information on the Union to employees represented by the Union. The Union shall notify the City of the date, time and location of the quarterly orientation meetings at least one (1) month in advance of the meetings to ensure that departmental managers are able to release employees to attend quarterly orientation meetings. The City shall notify the Union of new employees when they are hired. The Union will provide the City with the names of those employees the Union expects to attend the quarterly meetings at least two

Employees attending the orientation will also be given sixty (60) minutes of Union release time to attend the scheduled orientation.
Orientation Meetings. The Employer agrees to provide representatives of RDBC with an opportunity and forum for meeting with new Residents appointed to the Employer so that the representatives of RDBC may introduce the new Residents to the function of the Association and solicit memberships. Such an opportunity and forum shall be made available during the normal working hours within six (6) weeks of the appointment of new Residents.
Orientation Meetings. The CFEA shall be afforded an opportunity to address new employees during the orientation day prior to the opening of school. A general meeting, if scheduled, or meetings in the individual schools may be used for this purpose.
Orientation Meetings. Every effort will be made to provide the Association with time to meet with new teachers during the pre-school orientation sessions for new teachers. (See also Article 2.14.)
Orientation Meetings. The District and the Federation shall jointly conduct two orientation meetings annually for bargaining unit members. The meetings will be held at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters during regular work hours.

Orientation Meetings. Each of Supplier’s Personnel shall attend all appropriate and relevant orientation meetings required by the Relevant Company prior to or upon obtaining access to the Site. Where, pursuant to the operating rules of the Relevant Company, any of Supplier’s Personnel are required to have specific skills for the performance of any portion of the Supply, the training requirements in relation to those skills requirements shall:

Each newly hired SEIU represented employee shall participate in a one (1) hour mandatory and in-person orientation meeting conducted by the Union within the first seven (J) calendar days from the date of hire during regular working hours without loss in compensation. The Union xxxxxxx conducting the orientation shall also suffer no loss in compensation. The Authority shall provide the designated Union representative with at least ten (10) days’ notice of the anticipated first day of employment of each newly hired employee.
