Eligibility for Vacation. An employee shall begin earning vacation credits upon commencing employment but shall not be permitted to take vacation until she has completed six (6) months of continuous service. An employee shall be entitled to borrow up to five (5) days of unearned vacation credits. If an employee leaves CAMH’s employment with a vacation bank deficit, CAMH may deduct the value of that deficit from the employee’s last pay.

Eligibility for Vacation. Vacation time begins to accumulate with the date of employment, but no employee shall be eligible to take paid vacation time off, or receive pay in lieu of vacation time, before he/she has completed probation.
