Eligibility for Vacation. Employees must be active on the payroll in order to be eligible for this benefit.
Eligibility for Vacation. An employee shall begin earning vacation credits upon commencing employment but shall not be permitted to take vacation until she has completed six (6) months of continuous service. An employee shall be entitled to borrow up to five (5) days of unearned vacation credits. If an employee leaves CAMH’s employment with a vacation bank deficit, CAMH may deduct the value of that deficit from the employee’s last pay.
