Election of Stewards. In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect up to four (4) stewards, whose duties shall be to assist any employee whom the xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and in presenting their grievance at any step of the grievance procedure.
