Effective Time of Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution and delivery hereof by the parties hereto.
Effective Time of Agreement. Upon the occurrence of the Effective Date, all other provisions of this Agreement shall become effective automatically without the need for further action by the Parties.
Effective Time of Agreement. This Agreement shall not become effective unless the Merger is consummated, in which case this Agreement shall be deemed to be effective as of the Effective Time of the Merger.
Effective Time of Agreement.
