Effect of Other Terms and Conditions of the Contract. Any greater obligations on the Contractor, or further protections provided to the Authority, under this provision shall prevail over any terms or conditions in this Contract which are less stringent upon the Contractor, create less protection for the Authority, or are contradictory or inconsistent with this Section. The Contractor's obligations under this provision survive destruction of the Premises, condemnation and force majeure and continue until its obligation to perform Corrective Action ceases. In determining whether to consent to any transfer or assignment or subcontracting, the Authority may consider the proposed transferee’s or assignee's or subcontractor’s use of Hazardous Materials. The Contractor shall provide to the Authority any additional information related to Hazardous Materials requested by the Authority.

The Contractor’s obligations under this provision survive destruction of the Premises, condemnation and force majeure and continue until its obligation to perform corrective action ceases.
