Effect of Conclusion of a Temporary Vacancy. a) At the conclusion of a temporary vacancy, if filled by a permanent employee, that permanent employee shall be returned by the Company to his or her previous job position and work location and shall be kept “whole” in all respects under the Collective Agreement as if he or she had remained working in said former job position.
