Education, Training and Tuition Reimbursement. A. Employees are encouraged to further their personal and development goals through job-related and educational courses. Each institution will make available to employees training course announcements that have been provided to the institution. The Agency agrees to provide tuition reimbursement in accordance with Agency policy to employees for successful completion of job-related and approved educational courses.
