Common use of Education on the Job Clause in Contracts

Education on the Job. The Employer recognizes that education is a continuing process. Accordingly, the Employer shall allow the Union to sponsor education functions such as seminars, workshops, lectures, etc., to be held on the Employer’s premises following the regular work day. The program shall be subject to management approval at least seven (7) days prior to the event and will be pending availability of space.
