Education Fund Contributions. At the end of each month during the employment of Employee hereunder (on such day as is consistent with the Companies’ general practices), the Companies shall pay an amount equal to 7-1/2% of the Salary for the preceding month to an Education Fund (Keren Hishtalmut) designated by the Companies (the “Fund”), and the Employee agrees that the Companies shall deduct from the Salary an amount equal to 2-1/2% of the Salary for the preceding month and pay the same to the Fund. Use of these funds shall be in accordance with the by-laws of such fund.

Education Fund Contributions. The Company shall pay a sum equal to 7.5% of the Salary, and shall deduct 2.5% from the Employee’s Salary to be paid on behalf of the Employee toward a further education fund (“Keren Hishtalmut”). Use of these funds shall be in accordance with the by-laws of such fund.
Education Fund Contributions. The Parties shall open and maintain an education fund - “Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx” (the “Education Fund”). The Company shall contribute to such Education Fund an amount equal to 7.5%, and you shall contribute to such Education Fund an amount equal to 2.5% of each Monthly Salary payment, and up to the maximum amount allowed for income tax benefits under the Income Tax Ordinance-5721-1961 and any applicable regulations, as may be in effect from time to time. You hereby instruct the Company to transfer to the Education Fund your contribution from each Monthly Salary payment.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS The Advisory Committee will allocate to each Participant's Deferral Contributions Account the amount of Deferral Contributions the Employer makes to the Trust on behalf of the Participant. The Advisory Committee will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year unless, in Adoption Agreement Section 3.04, the Employer elects more frequent allocation dates for salary reduction contributions.

  • Charitable Contributions Make any charitable or similar contributions, except in amounts not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) individually, and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in the aggregate.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions If selected below, the Employer may make Qualified Matching Contributions for each Plan Year (select all those applicable):

  • Participant Contributions If Participant contributions are permitted, complete (a), (b), and (c). Otherwise complete (d).

  • Catch-Up Contributions Unless otherwise elected in Section 2.4 of this amendment, all employees who are eligible to make elective deferrals under this plan and who have attained age 50 before the close of the plan year shall be eligible to make catch-up contributions in accordance with, and subject to the limitations of, Section 414(v) of the Code. Such catch-up contributions shall not be taken into account for purposes of the provisions of the plan implementing the required limitations of Sections 402(g) and 415 of the Code. The plan shall not be treated as failing to satisfy the provisions of the plan implementing the requirements of Section 401(k)(3), 401(k)(11), 401(k)(12), 410(b), or 416 of the Code, as applicable, by reason of the making of such catch-up contributions.

  • Other Contributions If elected by the Plan Sponsor in Section 5.01(b) of the Adoption Agreement, the Employer will credit the Participant’s Account with a contribution determined in accordance with the formula or method specified in Section 5.01(b) of the Adoption Agreement. The contribution will be treated as allocated to the Participant’s Account at the time specified in Section 5.01(b)(iii) of the Adoption Agreement.
