Economic Opportunity Plan. If applicable, Subgrantee and its contractors, subcontractors, and agents shall observe and comply with the Economic Opportunity Plan (the “EOP”), contained in Exhibit “H” of this Subgrant Agreement, throughout the Term.
Economic Opportunity Plan. (1) In accordance with the Philadelphia Code Section 17-1600 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, the City has established a requirement for Economic Opportunity Plan(s) (“EOP”) for this Agreement.
