Common use of EAP Counseling Clause in Contracts

EAP Counseling. It is understood Voluntary EAP counseling sessions are confidential. Records kept under the Mandatory EAP Rehabilitation program shall be available only to those persons who administer the program or monitor and/or manage employees participating in the program.
