Draft Appendices. The Contracting Authority has drawn up draft Appendices 0-6 to the Contract. It may occur in the Appendices that the requirements for the products/services are expressed in terms of a technical standard, e.g. an ISO standard. The Contracting Authority has endeavoured to ensure that “or equivalent” is added to such references. If, in places, reference is only made to a specific standard, any such reference to such technical standard is to be understood to include the addition “or equivalent”. The tenderer is not supposed to fill in or complete the following Appendices: Appendix 1 and Appendices 3-6. The instructions to each Appendix will state whether the Appendix or specific requirements in the Appendix are minimum requirements.

  • Appendices The appendices to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Entire Agreement, Appendices This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between DISCOM and the SPG, concerning the subject matter hereof. All previous documents, undertakings, and agreements, whether oral, written, or otherwise, between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof are hereby cancelled and shall be of no further force or effect and shall not affect or modify any of the terms or obligations set forth in this Agreement, except as the same may be made part of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, including the terms of any of the appendices, attachments or exhibits.   • Appendixes The following attachment and other attachments and individual agreements confirmed by both parties constitute an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. Attachment: Application Form for Withdrawals.

  • Alternative Schedules An employee may work an alternative work schedule with the written permission of the employee’s Department Manager. The alternative work schedule may be ended by the Department Manager and the employee’s schedule changed to a different alternative work schedule or the standard work schedule. The District may change the employees work period when an employee begins and/or ends working an alternative schedule. The alternative work schedules are listed in the table below.
