Donor Role in Selection Committee. Any Donor (not including IEEE or any other charitable organization that donates funds to the IEEE Foundation) who has donated to a separately identified IEEE Foundation fund that is identified in connection with the donor (i.e. carrying the donor’s name or being treated as a fund on the books of the IEEE Foundation as attributable to funds contributed by the donor) and support an IEEE program shall not serve or appoint someone to serve on the IEEE selection committee that identifies those to benefit from the fund or otherwise provide advice to the IEEE Foundation about distributions from the fund.
