The onus is on the tenderer to ensure that the Municipality has a valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner or a certified copy thereof on record. A letter of good standing for “tender purposes” from the Department of Labour will also be accepted. If no such document/s as specified by the Municipality is submitted or on record, the tender will be disqualified. OR A valid Letter of Good Standing from THE FEDERATED EMPLOYERS’ MUTUAL ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED or a certified copy thereof must be attached to this page unless the tenderer is registered on the Accredited Supplier Database of the Municipality and the Municipality has a valid Letter of Good Standing from The Federated Employers’ Mutual Assurance Company Limited or a certified copy thereof for the tenderer on record. The onus is on the tenderer to ensure that the Municipality has a valid Letter of Good Standing from The Federated Employers’ Mutual Assurance Company Limited or a certified copy thereof on record.
