Distribution Upgrades. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.
Distribution Upgrades. The Distribution Provider shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Distribution Provider and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer.
Distribution Upgrades. The EDC shall design, procure, construct, install, and own any Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer may be entitled to financial contribution from any other EDC customers who may in the future utilize the upgrades paid for by the Interconnection Customer. Such contributions shall be governed by the rules, regulations and decisions of the Maryland Public Service Commission.
Distribution Upgrades. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for funding its share of the costs related to Distribution Upgrades. The costs set forth in Appendices A and G are estimates only and will not establish any cap or maximum cost responsibility limit on the cost responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for Distribution Upgrades. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the actual costs of its share of the costs related to Distribution Upgrades.

The actual cost of the distribution upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the interconnection customer whose distributed generation facility caused the need for the distribution upgrades.
Distribution Upgrades. The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer’s wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades.
Distribution Upgrades. The Utility shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Appendix 6 of this Agreement. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, on-going operations, maintenance, repair, and replacement, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer.
Distribution Upgrades. Pursuant to Article 11.5 and Appendix B of the GIA, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Interconnection Financial Security in the total amount of (already provided) for the second posting and shall increase such amount to for the third posting to cover the costs for constructing, procuring and installing the Distribution Upgrades.
