District Information definition
District Information means any and all information, data, record, specification, software code, ideas, documents, and District Data, or other material, in any form and on any media, including but not limited to, any such information that may belong to or affect third persons not a party to this Agreement, which the Service Provider receives from the District.

District Information means all data to be handled by Contractor pursuant to the Services, including but not limited to Customer Information, Employee Information, Facilities Information and Personal Information.

More Definitions of District Information
District Information means all information, in any form, furnished or made available directly or indirectly to me by NPS or otherwise obtained by me from NPS in connection with this Agreement, including all information of NPS or any NPS affiliates to which I have had or will have access, whether in oral, written, graphic or machine-readable form.
