If you have been provided with individual wheeled bins and boxes for your refuse and recyclable materials, it is your responsibility to put the bins out at the roadside on the day of collection and return them to the storage place as soon as possible after being emptied. Disposing of rubbish. The Tenant will: Remove all rubbish and personal items from the property before the Tenant leaves at the end of the tenancy. During the course of the tenancy, dispose of all non- recycling rubbish in the bins provided, or take it to a Household Waste Recycling Centre (Council tip), and put recycling materials (such as glass, tins plastic bottles, paper and card) in the correct bins provided, and put out the recycling and rubbish bins on the correct day. Not illegally burn or tip rubbish or waste from the property.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection.   • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Rubbish Please note that the blue top bin is for recycling and all other rubbish should be placed in black bin liners in the other bin for collection.
