Dismissal/Suspension for Alleged Cause. Notice of dismissal or suspension shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons for dismissal or suspension, and a copy shall be sent to the Local Staff Representative or their designate within 24 hours of issuance. Employees dismissed or suspended for alleged cause shall have the right to submit a grievance to the Administrator commencing at Step 2 within fourteen (14) days of the employee receiving notice of dismissal or suspension.
