Discontinuous Furlough. Life insurance and health benefits enrollment shall continue. Contributions by the employee shall continue if the salary in the pay period is sufficient to cover the full deduction.

Continuous Employment For purposes of this Agreement, the continuous employment of the Grantee with the Company or a Subsidiary shall not be deemed to have been interrupted, and the Grantee shall not be deemed to have ceased to be an employee of the Company or Subsidiary, by reason of (a) the transfer of the Grantee’s employment among the Company and its Subsidiaries or (b) an approved leave of absence.
Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.
Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.
Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

Interruption of Service If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.6.2:
Previous Employment PROVIDER acknowledges and understands that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, prohibits A&M System from using state appropriated funds to enter into any employment contract, consulting contract, or professional services contract with any individual who has been previously employed, as an employee, by the agency within the past twelve (12) months. If PROVIDER is an individual, by signing this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
Continuity of Service Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to interrupt service for the purpose of Cable Communications System construction, routine repairing or testing the Cable System only during periods of minimum use. Disruption of Service Customer acknowledges and understands that Voice Service will not be available for use under certain circumstances, including without limitation when the network or facilities are not operating or if normal electrical power to the MTA, ATA or ALG is interrupted and such equipment does not have a functioning backup. Customer also understands and acknowledges that the performance of the battery backup is not guaranteed. If the battery backup does not provide power, Voice Services will not function until normal power is restored. Customer also understands that certain online features of Voice Service, where such features are available, will not be available under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the interruption of the Internet connection.
