Previous Employment. PROVIDER acknowledges and understands that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, prohibits A&M System from using state appropriated funds to enter into any employment contract, consulting contract, or professional services contract with any individual who has been previously employed, as an employee, by the agency within the past twelve (12) months. If PROVIDER is an individual, by signing this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
Previous Employment. Architect/Engineer acknowledges and understands that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, prohibits Owner from using state appropriated funds to enter into any employment contract, consulting contract, or professional services contract with any individual who has been previously employed, as an employee, by the agency within the past twelve (12) months. If Architect/Engineer is an individual, by signing this Agreement, Architect/Engineer certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.

If PROVIDER is an individual, by signing this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
Previous Employment. I acknowledge that it is the policy of Global Eagle to require that its employees strictly honor all obligations regarding proprietary information of former employers. I acknowledge and agree that I have a continuing obligation to protect and safeguard the proprietary information of my former employer(s), if any. I agree to read my agreement(s), if any, with my former employers(s) with respect to proprietary information and to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth therein.

Contractor acknowledges and understands that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, prohibits TAMUK from using state appropriated funds to enter into any employment contract, consulting contract, or professional services contract with any individual who has been previously employed, as an employee, by the agency within the past twelve (12) months. If Contractor is an individual, by signing this Agreement, Contractor certifies that Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code, does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
Previous Employment. Executive represents and warrants that he is not under any legal restraint or restriction that would prevent or make unlawful his execution of this Agreement or his performing the obligations under this Agreement and that Executive has disclosed to PMA Capital any and all restraints, confidentiality commitments or employment restrictions that Executive has with any other employer or organization.
Previous Employment. (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, an individual applying for employment as an operator of a commercial motor vehicle shall notify the pro- spective employer, at the time of the applica- tion, of any previous employment as an operator of a commercial motor vehicle.

The A/E acknowledges and understands that Section 2252.901 of the Texas Government Code prohibits a state agency from using state appropriated funds to enter into any employment, professional services or consulting services agreement with any individual who has been previously employed, as an employee, by the agency within the past twelve (12) months. If the A/E is an individual, by signing this Contract, the A/E certifies that Section 2252.901 (as amended) of the Texas Government Code does not prohibit the use of state appropriated funds for satisfying the payment obligations herein.
Previous Employment. By accepting employment with the Company, you represent the following: (a) any notice period you are required to give or to serve with a previous employer has expired and that by entering into or performing any of your duties for the Company, you will not be in breach of any other obligation binding on you; (b) you will not use or disclose any confidential information in breach of any agreement you may have with a previous employer or any other person; and (c) you are not currently party to or bound by the terms of any non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement or other agreement with a previous employer or any other party which could impair or interfere in any manner with your ability to fully satisfy your obligations and duties hereunder.
