Disclosure of Specified Documents. The Supplier shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Supplier‟s Registered Office and the Power Station and shall provide copies of the same to any person upon payment of copying charges on a „no profit no loss‟ basis.
Disclosure of Specified Documents. The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Concession Agreement, the Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme and the Maintenance Requirements (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Storage Facility and Concessionaire’s registered office. The Concessionaire shall prominently display at the Storage Facility, public notices stating the availability of the Specified Documents for such inspection, and shall provide copies of the same to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis.

The Aggregator shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Aggregator’s Registered Office and the Power Station and shall provide copies of the same to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis.

The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of the Concession Agreement, the Maintenance Manual, the O & M requirements and the Safety Requirements (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”) free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Concessionaire’s Registered/Corporate Office. The Concessionaire shall provide copies of the same to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis.

The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Agreement, the Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme, the Safety Requirements, Service Requirements and Maintenance Requirements and such other document as may be specified by the Authority from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Concessionaire‟s Registered Office.

The Operator shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Contract and data relating to safety of the Buses, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Operator’s project site office. The Operator shall prominently display at Bus Depot, public notices stating the availability of the Specified Documents for such inspection, and shall make copies of the same available to any person upon payment of copying charges on a “no profit no loss” basis.

The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Concession Agreement, the Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme and the Maintenance Requirements (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Toll Plazas and Concessionaire’s Registered Office. The Concessionaire shall prominently display at each of the Toll Plazas and toll booths, public notices stating the availability of the Specified Documents for such inspection, and shall make copies of the same available to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis.

The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Concession Agreement, the Maintenance Manual, the Maintenance Programme, the Maintenance Requirements and the Safety Requirements (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the Concessionaire’s office on all working days at the Site and the Concessionaire’s registered office. The Concessionaire shall prominently display at the Site, public notices stating the availability of the Specified Documents for such inspection, and shall provide copies of the same to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis
Disclosure of Specified Documents. The Concessionaire shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), during normal business hours on all working days at the Concessionaire’s Registered Office and the Renewable Energy Project Facilities and shall provide copies of the same to NMMC and any other Government Instrumentality upon payment of necessary stationary charges on a “no profit no loss” basis.
Disclosure of Specified Documents. The DEVELOPER shall make available for inspection by any person, copies of this Agreement and any other documents and/or approvals with respect to the Project (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Specified Documents”), free of charge, during normal business hours on all working days at the designated place to be decided by the SH&DB/Independent Engineer and Contractor’s/DEVELOPER’s Registered Office. The DEVELOPER shall prominently display at all conspicuous place at the Site as determined by the SH&DB/Independent Engineer stating the availability of the Specified Documents for such inspection, and shall provide copies of the same to any person upon payment of copying charges on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis.
