Discipline and Grievance Procedures. 14.1. If the Executive has a grievance, regarding the employment, he should, in the first instance speak to the Company's Chairman. If the grievance is not resolved to his satisfaction, he should then refer to the grievance procedure, which will be provided to him with his letter of employment.
