DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION. 10.01 A claim by an employee who has completed probation, that he has been discharged or suspended without just cause, shall be a proper subject for a grievance, if a written statement of such grievance is lodged at Step 3 of the grievance procedure within ten (10) working days after the date of the discharge or suspension. The union will be given copies of all discharges and suspensions.
