Disaster Management Capabilities. In the event of a declared disaster, Contractor will integrate with the County’s Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, and at a minimum provide: • Around the clock staffing of the Emergency Operations Center ESF 8. • If requested to do so, staff the Emergency Operations Center’s infirmary with a medically trained person. • Provide around the clock ambulance stand-by services at the County’s special needs shelter if needed. • Assist in the post-disaster inspection of the homes of special needs patient’s prior to returning them to their homes. • Provide ambulance strike teams as requested from other operations.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man- made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services:

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process.
