Deposit Only Account. We may, in our discretion, enable the Online Banking Service to allow you to make Funds Transfers from your Service Account to a Deposit Only Account. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility and/or ineligibility of any account as a Deposit Only Account at any time and from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you. You may not view, access, or otherwise perform any inquiries or transactions with respect to any Deposit Only Account, other than Funds Transfers from your Service Account to the Deposit Only Account. Funds Transfers to Deposit Only Accounts are generally processed and handled like Funds Transfers among your Service Accounts.

Deposit Only Account. If offered as part of the Service, you may designate through the Service an account maintained with us by another person for the purpose of making deposits to that account from funds in your eligible Service Accounts. You may do so on a one-time or recurring basis. Transfers from your eligible Service Accounts to third party accounts will be made in the same manner as Transfers among your Service Accounts. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility and/or ineligibility of any third party account for this service at any time and from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you. This service is restricted to deposit Transfers only. You will not be able to otherwise access or view a third party account for any reason. We may offer the deposit only account option at our discretion, and the terms of this section are applicable only if we offer this option as part of the Service.

  • Deposits to Collection Account The Servicer shall use its best efforts to deposit or cause to be deposited (without duplication), within one (1) Business Day after receipt thereof, into the Collection Account and retain therein in trust for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Securities Insurer:

  • Disbursement Account 12.1 The Lender is obligated to keep the bank account information provided on the Platform up to date. The account shall be managed by a bank within the Single Euro Payment Area (hereinafter “SEPA”).

A copy of such certification shall be furnished to the Purchaser and, upon request, to any subsequent Purchaser.   • Collection Account (a) On behalf of the Trustee, the Servicer shall establish and maintain, or cause to be established and maintained, one or more Eligible Accounts (such account or accounts, the "Collection Account"), held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee.   • Depository Accounts Except to the extent that Manager has not complied with its obligations under Sections 2.4 and 5.2, Owner and Manager agree that Manager shall have no liability for loss of funds of Owner contained in the bank accounts for the Property maintained by Owner or Manager pursuant to this Agreement due to insolvency of the bank or financial institution in which its accounts are kept, whether or not the amounts in such accounts exceed the maximum amount of federal or other deposit insurance applicable with respect to the financial institution in question.
