Dental Claim Reimbursement Option. 35.3.1 Effective June 16, 2017, and notwithstanding Article 35.2, employees have the option, with the agreement from the dentist, to authorize the insurance carrier to pay their dentist directly for eligible claim expenses. For clarity, this shall not impact eligibility requirements or coverage of dental benefits and employees are responsible for making payments to the dentist at the time of service for any applicable deductible and out of pocket expenses not covered by the Dental Insurance Plan

  • Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses 11.8.1 Reimbursable Expenses are in addition to compensation for Basic, Supplemental, and Additional Services and include expenses incurred by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants directly related to the Project, as follows:

  • Step Advancement Each faculty member will be granted one (1) increment on the salary schedule each year up to the maximum allowed. To qualify for advancement one (1) step on the salary schedule, employees must have been employed in a paid status or on any form of medical leave (FMLA, CFRA, etc.), or on military leave seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the school days in a school year.

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Reimbursement to Employer The employee shall pay to the Employer any amount received for loss of wages in settlement of any claims.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
