Common use of Dental and Vision Coverage Clause in Contracts

Dental and Vision Coverage. Dental and Vision coverage, as a package, is optional and may be provided as the Contributing Employer determines e.g. through its own selected carrier, by self- insurance or not at all. If the Contributing Employer elects to provide such coverage through the Plan, it is on a combined dental and vision basis only, on a group basis for all staff employees of the Contributing Employer and the individual coverage rate must be paid for entirely by the Contributing Employer that elects such coverage.
