Dental and Vision Coverage. The District shall offer retired eligible employees the opportunity to participate in the District’s group dental plans and vision plans, subject to plan provisions. The retiree shall be responsible for the full cost of the premiums.
Dental and Vision Coverage. The County agrees to provide dental coverage and vision care coverage for all full-time employees and their dependents. If an employee chooses they may waive Dental and/or Vision Coverage and apply the premium amount to the employee’s share of the premium for Hospitalization Insurance. If the waived coverage exceeds the employee’s share of the premium for Hospitalization Insurance no refund will be made to the employee. Employees waiving Dental and/or Vision Coverage will only be allowed to re-enroll for these coverages during the annual open enrollment period.
Dental and Vision Coverage. The District shall continue to pay the premiums for dental and vision plans for eligible unit members, providing coverage commensurate to the plans in effect during Academic Year 2010-11. Notwithstanding, the District will offer an enhanced dental plan with a higher cap on annual benefits, with the understanding that the unit member selecting that plan will pay the additional cost in premiums.
Dental and Vision Coverage. The City shall make available group dental and vision benefits to all employees and dependents who meet the eligibility of the plan. The plan design of this program shall be substantially the same as that in effect on December 31, 2016 with the following exceptions, which shall become effective upon execution of this Agreement.

If the Contributing Employer elects to provide such coverage through the Plan, it is on a combined dental and vision basis only, on a group basis for all staff employees of the Contributing Employer and the individual coverage rate must be paid for entirely by the Contributing Employer that elects such coverage.

Employees who regularly work twenty (20) hours but less than thirty (30) hours per week may elect to receive dental and vision insurance by paying the percentage of the applicable premium for such coverage as set out in Paragraph L below. For example, an employee assigned to twenty-four (24) hours per week may receive single dental coverage by paying Forty-Three Percent (43%) of the single premium for dental coverage. If an employee who works twenty (20) hours but less than thirty (30) hours per week is eligible for the insurance waiver and opts to receive the waiver, he/she may purchase the dental and/or vision coverage by paying the percentage of the applicable premium. Dental and Vision Coverage. 9.5.2.1 The District will pay dental and vision benefits for ten (10) and eleven (11) month employees for the term of this contract.
