Delivery Locations. 29.1 The Framework Agreement will be available to Framework Public Bodies across Scotland. The Contractor(s) will be required to undertake deliveries throughout the whole of Scotland and must provide Framework Public Bodies with the same level and quality of service, irrespective of size or geographical location.
