Definition of Software. For purposes of this Agreement, the “Software” means the current generally available version of CSC Agility Platform, including any specified Agility Cloud Adapters and any software from third party licensors distributed with the Software (the “Software”), together with any related user manuals and product documentation provided or made available to You (“Documentation”).
