Definition of Regular Full-time Employees. A Regular Full-Time Employee is an employee who works on a regular basis and whose length of appointment is indefinite: • Facilities/Maintenance Lead: forty (40) hours per week • Child Care Workers: thirty-eight (38) hours per week • Residential Workers: forty (40) hours per week • All other employees: thirty-three and three quarters (33.75) hours per week
