Data Entry Deadlines. The Provider shall submit to the Department data by [the 10th of each month], except in emergency circumstances and as approved in writing by the Contract Manager. Refugee Services will produce the official data report from the Provider's electronic data the first business day following the submission deadline for the previous period’s data as noted in the preceding schedule. The reports produced by RS are the official record of deliverables and overall program performance, unless notified immediately of discrepancies.
