Damages to Facility. Should any property or equipment of the Church be damaged or destroyed by the Guests during use of the facility on the date and times set forth in Paragraph 1, the Bride & Groom shall promptly reimburse the Church for all work then performed and all materials then used or provided to repair or replace any damage to the physical property of the facility or equipment located on the facility.

Damages to Facility. XXXXXX is responsible for and agrees to pay for any and all damages to the building, equipment, fixtures, furniture, or other property caused by RENTER, RENTER’s agents, vendors, performers, employees and/or guests arising from, or related to, RENTER’s use of OCCCA’s premises for the purpose stated herein. All related repairs shall be made strictly according to OCCCA specifications.

Damages to Facility. Following the scheduled event, the Center Manager will inspect the NSHC to assess and ascertain, in his/her sole discretion, whether any damage to the NSHC was caused by or during the event, excluding any normal wear and tear. If the Center Manager determines that no damage to the NSHC was caused by or during the scheduled event other than normal wear and tear, the damage deposit, in full, will be returned to the User within ten (10) days of the event. If the Center Manager determines in his/her sole discretion that there is damage to the NSHC caused by or during the scheduled event other than normal wear and tear, the damage deposit, after deducting the reasonable costs of repair, will be returned to the User. If the Center Manager determines, in his/her sole discretion, that there is damage to the NSHC caused by or during the scheduled event other than normal wear and tear and the damage is greater than the damage deposit, the individual group using the NSHC shall forfeit the damage deposit and shall be liable and responsible for the difference between the reasonable costs of repair and the amount of the damage deposit. Any additional amount shall be due and payable within fourteen (14) days of notification of completed repairs and the costs thereof.
Damages to Facility. USER agrees to pay for all damages to the building, equipment, fixtures, furniture and other property arising from, out of, or pertaining to the occupancy of the premises by the USER, its agents, performers or employees except for damage caused directly or indirectly by OCCCA members. Repairs shall be made strictly according to OCCCA specifications.

  • Damages and Costs You agree to pay for damages, lost property or extraordinary service or administrative costs you, your designated roommate or your guests cause to University residence facilities whether through accident, neglect or intent. See Appendix II for more information about assessments. All residents of a floor or unit may be assessed for cleaning, damages, lost property or extraordinary service costs where the person(s) responsible cannot be ascertained by the University but where the damages, lost property, or excessive mess were reasonably believed by Student Housing and Hospitality Services to be caused by one or more residents of a floor or unit.   • Damages for delay Subject to the provisions of Clause 12.4, if COD does not occur prior to the 91st day after the Scheduled Completion Date, unless the delay is on account of reasons solely attributable to the Authority or due to Force Majeure, the Concessionaire shall pay Damages to the Authority in a sum calculated at the rate of 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the amount of Performance Security for delay of each day until COD is achieved.
