Cut-off Hour. Outgoing ACH file originations received by the Bank by 4:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same Business Day. Outgoing ACH file originations received by the Bank after 4:00 p.m. PST, or on a day which is not a Bank business day, will be processed the next Business Day and Bank is under no same day obligation to act on transactions sent after this deadline.

Cut-off Hour. The “Send On” is the date that we will initiate the Xxxx Payment. Xxxx Payments should be scheduled sufficiently in advance of the due date of your xxxx to allow the payee to receive it on the due date set by your payee and without taking into account any grace period that may be offered by your payee. Xxxx Payment requests received by us after 3:00 PM CST or on a day that is not a business day of ours (or of any xxxx payment vendor or intermediary that we may use) may be treated by us as received on the next business day, delaying payment.

  • Cut-Off Date The Cut-Off Date for the Certificates is May 1, 1999.

  • Cut-Off Times Bank has established cut-off times for receipt of some categories of Instruction, which shall be made available to Customer. If Bank receives an Instruction after its established cut-off time, it shall attempt to act upon the Instruction on the day requested if Bank deems it practicable to do so or otherwise as soon as practicable on the next business day.

  • ATMs You may access your Accounts from BECU’s ATMs and from ATMs and facilities that display the logos shown on your card and from other machines or facilities as we may designate that are part of BECU’s network.   • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked.   • Reduction in Hours Any reduction in regularly assigned time shall be considered a layoff under the provisions of this Article.

  • PERS Pickup Effective February 1, 2019 compensation plan salary rates for PERS participating members shall be increased by six and ninety five one hundredths percent (6.95%). At that time bargaining unit employees will begin to make their own six percent (6%) contributions to their PERS account or the Individual Account Program as applicable. Employees’ contributions shall be treated as ‘pretax’ contributions pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 414(h)(2).

  • Flexible Work Hours Upon request of an authorized employee, the State may establish flexible work hours for a Xxxx 00 employee upon agreement between the employee and the employer. Any flexible work hour schedule shall not exceed thirty (30) days.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.
