Crime and Disorder. 27.1 The Supplier acknowledges that the Company is under a duty in accordance with Section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Act, 1998 to have due regard to the impact of crime, disorder and community safety in the exercise of the Company‟s duties, and where appropriate, identify actions to reduce levels of crime and disorder, and in the performance of the Contract the Supplier assists and co-operates, and uses reasonable endeavours to procure that its subcontractors and sub-suppliers assist and co-operate, with the Company where possible to enable the Company to satisfy its duty.
