Crew’s Effects. 18.1 When any seafarer suffers total or partial loss of, or damage to, their personal effects whilst serving on board the ship as a result of wreck, loss stranding or abandonment of the vessel, or as a result of fire, flooding or collision, excluding any loss or damage caused by the seafarer’s own fault or through theft or misappropriation, they shall be entitled to receive from the Company compensation up to a maximum specified in APPENDIX 3.

Crew’s Effects. When an Employee suffers total or partial loss of or damage to his personal effects as a result of stranding, abandonment or loss, fire, flooding, wreck or collision whilst serving on board of the vessel, he shall be entitled to recover from the Company compensation up to a maximum amount as detailed in Annex 1. The Employee shall certify that any information provided with regards to lost property is true to the best of his knowledge.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Changes This Agreement may not be modified or amended except pursuant to an instrument in writing signed by the Company and the Investor.
