CREDIT RELEASE SCHEDULE. The District will authorize all credit release in letter format. The authorization will be sent to the property owner and bank sponsor prior to the sale of bank credits. Under no circumstance will credits be sold prior to the written authorization, or credits sold where there is no availability of credits. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in consequences including, but no limited to, a decrease of credit sales, suspension of the sale of future credits and suspension of the bank [see 33 CFR 332,8(o)(10)].

  • Release of Performance Security (i) The Authority shall return the Performance Security to the Contractor within 60 (sixty) days of the expiry of the Maintenance Period or the Defects Liability Period, whichever is later, under this Agreement.
