See Appendices. (a) If an employee who has completed an eight (8) hour or longer normal shift, is required by the Employer or customer to return to work before an eight (8) hour break occurs the employee will be paid their applicable overtime rate, for the next shift or until they have received an eight (8) hour break.
(b) No employee shall be required to work two (2) full straight time shifts in the same twenty-four (24) hour period.

See Appendices. The parties will meet commencing no later than Nov.1, 2009 to negotiate a National NDT Industry Training Fund in accordance with the following principles:
a) The cost shall not exceed the training fund costs provided in the regional appendices as of April 30, 2009 excluding the temporary increase in the Atlantic Region.
b) Jointly trusteed by not more than 4 trustees representing each of the QCCC and NDTMA and subject to an acceptable Trust Agreement.
c) Commencing May 1, 2009, contributions to the existing regional training funds shall be diverted to separate regional accounts, to be held in trust by the existing trustees pending agreement on the Fund.
d) Training costs shall continue to be paid by regional funds until the National NDT Industry Training Fund is agreed. In the event that existing regional training funds are exhausted before agreement on the national fund is reached, claims shall be paid out of the trust funds created in clause c).
See Appendices. Where the Employer requires the employee to take a CGSB test the Employer will pay the employee's reasonable expenses in connection therewith and will reimburse the employee for the straight time wages necessarily lost in order to write the test.
