Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines. The Servicer will not amend, modify, restate or replace, in whole or in part, the Credit Guidelines or Collection Guidelines, which change would materially impair the collectability of any Loan or Contract and materially adversely affect the interests or the remedies of the Trust Collateral Agent or the Trust under this Agreement or any other Basic Document, without the prior written consent of the Trust Collateral Agent with the consent of the Majority Noteholders, except if such change was made to comply with Applicable Laws.
