Collection Guidelines definition
Collection Guidelines means, with respect to Credit Acceptance, the policies of the Servicer in effect on the Closing Date relating to the collection of amounts due on the Contracts and the Loans and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Basic Documents or in accordance with Applicable Law, and with respect to the Backup Servicer, as successor Servicer, the usual and customary servicing policies and procedures of the Backup Servicer.
Collection Guidelines. With respect to Credit Acceptance, the policies and procedures of the Servicer relating to the collection of amounts due on contracts for the sale of automobiles and/or light-duty trucks, as in effect on the Cut-Off Date and as amended from time to time in accordance herewith and with the other Transaction Documents or as required by Applicable Law, and with respect to the Backup Servicer, as Successor Servicer, the customary servicing policies and procedures set forth in the Backup Servicing Agreement.

The Servicer has, with respect to the Loans and Contracts, complied in all material respects with the Credit Guidelines and the Collection Guidelines or otherwise as required by Applicable Law.
If the Backup Servicer has become the Successor Servicer, any late fees collected with respect to any Contract in accordance with the Collection Guidelines.
