CPD activities definition

CPD activities means the activities in relation to CPD as defined in the Regulations;
CPD activities means continuing professional development activities designated by the Executive under subrule 93(1);

Examples of CPD activities in a sentence

  • All accredited CPD activities must comply with the National Standard for support of accredited CPD activities.

  • The National Standard applies to all situations where financial and in-kind support is accepted to contribute to the development, delivery and/or evaluation of accredited CPD activities.

  • Retain a record of the CPD Plan and completed CPD activities for three years.

  • Social activities associated with CPD activities cannot occur at a time or location that interferes/competes with or takes precedence over accredited CPD activities.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • licensed activities means things authorised to be done by the licence

  • Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 4; Funding Period means the period for which the Grant is awarded starting on the Commencement Date and ending on the respective dates set out in Annex 3. General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums the Authority will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 4 and subject to the provisions set out at paragraph 26.

  • Restricted Activities means and includes the following:

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Prohibited Activities has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.26.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • fishing related activities means any operation in support of, or in preparation for, fishing, including the landing, packaging, processing, transshipping or transporting of fish that have not been previously landed at a port, as well as the provisioning of personnel, fuel, gear and other supplies at sea;

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • authorised activities means the activities which the Licensee is authorised bythis licence to carry on, and shall include any purpose connected with the supply to any premises of heat produced in association with electricity and steam produced from air and water heated by such heat; and

  • Principal activities means activities authorized by the license which are essential to achieving the purpose(s) for which the license was issued or amended. Storage during which no licensed material is accessed for use or disposal and activities incidental to decontamination or decommissioning are not principal activities.

  • licensed activity means any activity set out in section 4 of this licence.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.
