Costs of Audits. The audit costs for the administration and management of the Award, the accompanying Underlying Agreement, and any Amendments to any Underlying Agreement are allowable to the extent authorized by the cost principles of 49 C.F.R. part 1201, which incorporate by reference 2 C.F.R. part 200.
