Common use of Cost of Work Clause in Contracts

Cost of Work. For the Work described in Section 3 of this Agreement, Contractor shall receive the sum of exceed Eighty-Three Thousand Four Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Sixty-Eight Cents ($85,413.68) payable in accordance with the Schedule of Payments, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (Scope of Work). Any terms other than a description of the work to be performed, costs of the work, or the payment schedule contained in Exhibit A is null and void and not a part of this Agreement.

Cost of Work. For the Work described in Section 3 of this Agreement, Contractor shall receive the sum of not-to-exceed Eighty-Three Thousand Four One Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Sixty-Eight Cents Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($85,413.68169,785) payable in accordance with the Schedule of Payments, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (Scope of WorkWork and Payment Schedule). Any terms other than a description of the work to be performed, costs of the work, or the payment schedule contained in Exhibit A is null and void and not a part of this Agreement.

Any terms other than a description of the work to be performed, costs of the work, or the payment schedule contained in Exhibit A is null and void and not a part of this Agreement.

Cost of Work. For the Work described in Section 3 of this Agreement, Contractor shall receive the sum of exceed EightyThirty-Three Thousand Four Eight Hundred and Thirteen Sixty Seven Dollars and Sixty-Eight Cents ($85,413.6833,867.08) payable in accordance with the Schedule of Payments, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (Scope of WorkWork & Proposed Fee). Any terms other than a description of the work to be performed, costs of the work, or the payment schedule contained in Exhibit A is null and void and not a part of this Agreement.
