Correction to Seniority List. Any teacher who disagrees with the accuracy of any of the information on the draft copy of the seniority list shall have fifteen (15) working days to obtain a correction directly from the district, or ten (10) working days from the date of distribution of the final seniority list to challenge through the grievance procedure as set forth in this agreement. In the absence of a grievance being filed within ten (10) working days from the date of distribution of the final seniority list, the seniority list will be conclusively deemed to be correct.

Correction to Seniority List. 4.2.1 A FCM shall have thirty (30) days following publication of the seniority list to contest, in writing, any error or omission related to him. If the FCM is absent from his base, or on leave at the time the list is published, he shall have thirty (30) days from his return to his base to contest.
