Corporate Personnel. All Corporate Personnel who travel to the Managed Facility to perform technical assistance, participate in special projects or provide other services shall be permitted to reasonably utilize the services provided at the Managed Facility (including food and beverage consumption), without charge to Manager or such Corporate Personnel, in accordance with the Manager’s System Policies.

Corporate Personnel. Owner shall reimburse Manager or its Affiliates for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including travel, lodging, food and beverage consumption) incurred by any Corporate Personnel in accordance with the Corporate Travel Policy who travel to the Manager Operated Areas to perform technical assistance or other services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and/or at the request of Manager.
Corporate Personnel. Includes individuals employed by Manager whose duties are not exclusive to the Timeshare Project.

  • B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Stewards Stewards who attend Union/Management and Professional Responsibility Committee meetings outside of scheduled work hours shall be paid at straight time rates for time spent at the meetings.

  • Leadership Develop strong joint leadership, shift to coaching style of leadership and share information, including financial data.

  • Officers and Directors of the Surviving Corporation The officers and directors of Merger Sub immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers and directors of the Surviving Corporation immediately after the Effective Time and shall hold office until their successors are duly appointed or elected in accordance with Applicable Laws.
