Corporate Logos. Each Party and its Affiliates shall retain all right, title and interest in and to their respective corporate names and logos.

Corporate Logos. All training materials and Promotional Materials shall bear both Parties' corporate logos in equal prominence. During the Term, each Party grants to the other, the non-exclusive right to use its corporate logo in the Territory solely for the purpose of the Promotion of the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Each Party will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the other Party's corporate name, logo and symbol. Each Party acknowledges that the other Party owns all right, title and interest in such other Party's corporate name, logo and symbols and all good will associated therewith and that any and all use of corporate name, logo or symbols under the Related Agreements, and any good will associated with such use, shall inure exclusively to the benefit of the owner of such name, logo or symbol.
