Corporate Services definition
Corporate Services means the aggregation, generally a unit (division or section) that is responsible for providing services such as finance, human resource management, Information Technology (IT), procurement, administration of property and fleet. It must not be used to hold budgets for other activities;
Corporate Services means the Council’s corporate services department or such other body as has been approved by Cabinet to perform its functions.
Corporate Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Manager Allocation Agreement.

Corporate Services means those administrative services to be performed by the Issuer Corporate Services Provider as set out in Schedule 1 (Corporate Services);
