Copies, etc The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to each Lender of each notice or request required or permitted to be given to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (unless concurrently delivered to the Lenders by the Borrower). The Administrative Agent will distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Information to the Union 9.01 The Employer will forward to the Secretary of the Union at least once a month, the name, address and telephone number of all newly-hired employees who will be included in the bargaining unit. The Employer further agrees to inform the Union of the name of any employee in the bargaining unit leaving the employ of the Employer.
Notification to the Union Where the Employer is aware that certain issues have occurred, the Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.

Notices to the Parties Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, all written communications sent by the Parties may be by U.S. mail or e-mail, and shall be addressed as follows: To City: [insert name or title of department contact person, name of department, mailing address, and e-mail address] To Contractor: [insert name of contractor, mailing address, and e-mail address] Any notice of default must be sent by registered mail. Changes to the Parties 30.1 Assignments and transfers by Obligors No Obligor may assign or transfer any of its rights and obligations under the Finance Documents without the prior consent of all the Lenders.
