Letters of Transmittal definition

Letters of Transmittal means the letters of transmittal delivered by the Company Shareholders and the holders of Company Preferred Shares to the Depositary as described therein;

Letters of Transmittal has the meaning as set forth in Section 3.01(c)(ii).

Letters of Transmittal means the letters of transmittal to be mailed to shareholders of the Company by Company together with the Proxy Statement.

More Definitions of Letters of Transmittal

Letters of Transmittal means, collectively, those certain Letters of Transmittal and Exit Consents by and among the Company and those Holders of Series B Notes tendering in the offer to exchange Series B Notes for Series C Notes.
